Ongoing, hands-on and empowering leadership training is the key ingredient for continuous learning and growth.
When it comes to our educators, understanding how leadership skills can be enhanced within this vital sector requires a deeper understanding of the intricacies of educational leadership teams.
Conscious Leadership provides a platform from which values-based and values-led teaching standards can be formed and adhered to.
It offers a leadership paradigm that ensures powerful conversations, deep learning and even deeper understanding of what drives cognition, behaviours and reactions and how to channel all of that into targeted action.
Leadership training with our teachers, leadership teams and principals cannot take place horizontally. It is imperative that all educators are fully engaged with, and are a part of, this learning process so that what is experienced, observed and implemented in each classroom is brought back up to be discussed, understood and integrated.
This process is cyclical, ongoing and forever changing as the needs of the students, the system and the community, shift.
Conscious Leadership developmental work allows for this flow of feedback for action, flexibility for adaptability and empowerment for growth. It allows for the developmental learning framework to be adjusted as necessary to meet the ever changing needs within each school.
All Conscious Leadership programs are tailor made to suit specific needs, schedules and budgets. From Professional Development Days to monthly leadership sessions over the course of the year, I am here to ensure that your teams receive the instructional learning, guidance and support that they require.
