Mindful Leadership Retreat

Leading From the Inside Out

March 28-30 2025

Yarra Valley Lodge, Victoria, Australia

Give Yourself The Time And Space You Deserve

In today’s relentless and ever-connected world, leaders are constantly pulled in a hundred different directions—juggling demands, managing teams, and making decisions that carry significant weight. The constant barrage of information, deadlines, and distractions can leave even the most experienced leaders feeling overwhelmed, unfocused, and disconnected from their true purpose.

This is why taking the time to step away from it all is not just a luxury—it’s a necessity. A mindful leadership retreat in the tranquil Yarra Valley provides the perfect setting to break free from the noise of the outside world and reconnect with the most important asset you have: yourself.

This retreat is designed to help you step out of the fast lane and into a space where stillness and reflection can emerge. In the peaceful backdrop of the Yarra Valley, surrounded by nature, you’ll have the rare chance to quieten the mental chatter and go within—exploring the deeper layers of your mind, body and soul and tapping into a well of clarity, creativity, and wisdom that often gets buried under the demands of daily life.

By taking a break from the endless noise—emails, meetings, devices, and the constant swirl of decisions—you give yourself the space to truly recharge. This retreat is about allowing yourself to slow down, reflect, and rediscover the inner resources that make you a strong and effective leader. You’ll leave with a renewed sense of focus, balance, and purpose, equipped to handle the challenges ahead with greater calm and confidence.

In the serene environment of the Yarra Valley, this retreat offers a transformative experience that will help you cultivate mindfulness, foster inner resilience, and return to your leadership role with a clear mind and a refreshed perspective. This break from the noise of the world isn’t just an indulgence—it’s an investment in your ability to lead with vision, wisdom, and heart.

    Somatic Therapy Practitioner

It’s hard to know when & how my ‘journey’ truly began, as the threads weave together, you can only really see the rich tapestry being created when you look back.

I’ve been curious about the mind for as long as I can remember, however it was only after travelling to France in my mid-twenties that I started to attend to my own mental health challenges. I went to some yoga classes in a small town in the south of France and almost instantly felt a shift. Like a light had been turned on in a long forgotten room, I started to be curious again and explore that connection between mind, body and spirit.

This curiosity led me to complete my first 350 hour yoga training which opened my eyes and my heart even further. I observed the changes I could see in myself and I knew this was something I wanted to share with others. Several yoga and meditation courses and many yoga classes taught later, I came across a Somatic course through The Embody Lab - these body based practices intertwine beautifully with yogic contemplation & self enquiry (and in many cases are drawn from these ancient lineages). I love both the simplicity and the power of Somatics & Embodiment. It is my hope to empower others to explore this curiosity & connection within their internal landscape. To discover this freedom & spaciousness within themselves.

Through breath, mindfulness and somatic practices we can influence our entire being - our energy, hormones, mental state. We can set the stage for genuine connection with ourselves and also with others.

    We can feel whole.
